The one with Dr.'s Remedy TRANQUIL Tangerine

I was recently introduced to Dr.'s Remedy, a line of doctor-inspired cosmetics that is dedicated to using clean, hypoallergenic ingredients. Sounds good, right? :) I have all five shades in the Hot Hot Hot Summer 2011 collection - "five fabulous, terrifically-in-trend shades of Enriched Nail Polish that we promise you'll sizzle for!!!" according to Dr.'s Remedy's media release.

The first polish I tried is called TRANQUIL Tangerine, and is a brilliant shimmery bright orange. The formula, at first, was a tad goopy, but with the second coat, everything smoothed out to an even finish. I do love that these polishes are enriched with ingredients like tea tree oil, garlic bulb extract, vitamins C and E and wheat protein!

Here are two photos from the lightbox:
If you've followed me for a while, you know orange is my most favorite color of polish...so is anyone surprised that I chose the orange polish in this collection to swatch first? :)

Next we have the outside photos...

And as I was looking at the shimmery goodness in this shade photo, I realized this polish reminded me of another orange in my collection - Wet n Wild Magic Trident (a Fast Dry in the Mermaid's Cove Collection)...
Looks pretty close in the bottle to me. But once on the nail, the polishes weren't really similar at all.
Lightbox comparison with TRANQUIL tangerine on the left and Magic Trident on the right. As you can see, Magic Trident is a tad lighter and a lot less shimmery!
Same with the flash picture...only this picks up the difference even more!So in short, being the orange lover than I am, I LOVE HAVING BOTH! :) And to those who don't love orange as much as me, you'd be safe having both because they are different. In person you can tell a difference on the nail.
